Rob Beardsley - Keynote

Rob founded LSCRE in 2018 and has overseen the acquisition, financing, and management of over $800 million in apartment communities. As CEO, Rob drives the strategic growth of the firm, while also identifying and raising capital for new investment opportunities. He leads LSCRE’s in-house property and construction management division, LSCRE Communities, ensuring excellence in renovation, lease-up, and ongoing management. Rob has sold over 30,000 copies of his two books on commercial real estate. He is a sought-after speaker at industry conferences nationwide and hosts the popular LSCRE podcast.

Stuart Diamond - Negotiation Workshop

Stuart Diamond is a world-renowned negotiation expert, Wharton professor, Pulitzer Prize–winning journalist, and New York Times bestselling author. A former Associate Director of the Harvard Negotiation Project and Google’s chief negotiation instructor, he has trained more than 12,000 professionals worldwide. His book Getting More: How to Negotiate to Succeed in Work and Life has sold over 1.5 million copies in 27 languages and is widely regarded as the definitive guide to negotiation.

Every registered attendee will receive a copy in advance, allowing participants to come prepared for a hands-on workshop focused on real-world dealmaking, investor conversations, and high-stakes negotiations.

Nate Lowy - Panelist

In 2016, Nate founded Juniper Capital Group after earning a degree in Finance and spending numerous years developing his analytical skills working with various companies. By recruiting like-minded professionals, he has been able to grow his company and work with an array of clients from first-time to seasoned buyers and sellers.

Having analyzed and closed over a billion dollars in deals, Nate has garnered awards and recognition as one of the Commercial Observers budding 25 under 35, a Crain’s Rising Stars, a Next Generation Honoree (Connect New York), and in the 2019 Ones to Watch by NYREJ. Nate has appeared in numerous real estate publications such as the Mann Report, RE Business, NYREJ and several others.

Mathew Owens - Panelist

After earning a degree in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and his CPA license, Mathew left the corporate world in 2006 to pursue real estate investing full-time, founding OCG Properties, LLC and OCG Capital, LLC. Over the past two decades, he has bought and renovated over 1,000 single-family homes, lent more than $500M to flippers across the U.S., raised over $200M in private investor capital, and now owns and operates over 1,500 units nationwide. Mathew also hosts the Masters of Real Estate podcast, where he shares strategies to help investors build financial freedom through real estate.

Ella Li - Panelist

Ella Li is the principal of a New York-based real estate family office, where she oversees investment strategy and portfolio management. She holds degrees in Real Estate Finance from NYU, Interior Design from Parsons, and Business from the University of Manchester. A returning presence at the LSCRE Summit, Ella brings a wealth of experience to this year’s Equity Panel and we are thrilled to welcome her back.
