Speakers

Rob Beardsley

Rob oversees acquisitions and capital markets for Lone Star Capital and has acquired over $600M of multifamily real estate. He has evaluated thousands of opportunities using proprietary underwriting models and published the number one book on multifamily underwriting, The Definitive Guide to Underwriting Multifamily Acquisitions. He has written over 50 articles about underwriting, deal structures, and capital markets and hosts the Capital Spotlight podcast, which is focused on interviewing institutional investors.

Rob Beardsley

Rob Beardsley oversees acquisitions and capital markets for Lone Star Capital, which has acquired over $600M in multifamily properties in Texas. He has also written two best selling books on commercial real estate.

Ilya Gamer

Ilya Gamer is a Managing Director at CrowdStreet, the largest online private equity real estate investing platform and played a key role in establishing CrowdStreet's New York City & Tri-State Capital Markets office. Mr. Gamer leads a team that enables investment firms, sponsors and developers to gain access to tens of thousands of accredited investors for project and fund capital formation online.

Alan Steinberg

Serving as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chair of Park Row Equity Investment Committee, Alan leads the firm's overall investment strategy, as well as the direction of its debt management and equity providers. Alan has vast experience in real estate investment and management including sourcing, underwriting, structuring, financing, leasing, and day-to-day management.

Nate Lowy

In 2016, Nate founded Juniper Capital Group after earning a degree in Finance and spending numerous years developing his analytical skills working with various companies. Having analyzed and closed over a billion dollars in deals, Nate has garnered awards and recognition as one of the Commercial Observers budding 25 under 35, a Crain's Rising Stars, a Next Generation Honoree (Connect New York), and in the 2019 Ones to Watch by NYREJ. Nate has appeared in numerous real estate publications such as the Mann Report, RE Business, NYRE) and several others.

Brad Waite

Bringing 20+ years of real estate experience including loan underwriting and origination, Mr. Waite is responsible for originating multifamily loans at Greystone. During his career, he has managed Agency and Balance Sheet underwriting departments, and in 2018, partnered with Charlie Mentzer having originated $5 billion in multifamily loans across several executions. In addition to his experience and product knowledge, Brad is regarded for his unique ability to structure complex transactions through his years of both underwriting and origination experience.

Andrea Cassandro

Andrea manages a family office that invests GP and LP capital into real estate development opportunities across the US & UK.
The company funds local development partners & opportunities that need from $500k to $50m in GP/LP equity with a particular focus on the sub $15m cheque per deal space.
