Verandas at Bear Creek Case Study

LSCRE successfully acquired Verandas at Bear Creek in 2019 for $11.5M, and through operational improvements and a modest capex spend, reached 100% occupancy in less than 12 months. The property was recently sold for $17.5M, delivering a 30.5% IRR for investors and showcasing LSCRE’s ability to under-promise and overdeliver.
