Lina Chen

Lina joined LSCRE in 2025 as a Tax Manager, bringing extensive experience in real estate and asset wealth management tax compliance. She leads the preparation and review of tax filings, manages investor reporting, and ensures regulatory compliance across the firm’s investment portfolio. Prior to LSCRE, Lina worked across Big 4 and mid-sized firms, including PwC, where she focused on tax compliance for REITs, partnerships, and corporations involved in U.S. inbound and outbound real estate transactions, and led automation and cross-functional tax initiatives. ina holds a Master’s in Taxation from Baruch College and a Bachelor's in Applied Accounting and Finance from Fordham University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of New York.
